Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will be happy to exchange or refund, provided the items are returned within 14 days of receipt of your items.. The items must be returned unused, unworn, in original condition and in original packaging with L’exquisite Security Tag unbroken.
- Under no circumstances can Earrings, Nose rings, Headpieces be returned for Health, Safety and Hygiene reasons. We would also be unable to accept returns of Custom Made or Personalised Jewellery and any Sale items. Therefore, once these are received by the customer, the responsibility for any loss or damage to these jewellery pieces lies with the customer.
- Prior to dispatch, each of our products goes through a stringent quality control process. However, in case your product is damaged in transit, please email us on info@lexquisite.ie or Contact Us within 48 hours of receiving the order, detailing your order number, a description and pictures of the damaged product where a member of our team will help you. After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 14-day returns & exchange policy as detailed above.
- In all cases of return or exchange we request you to inform us on info@lexquisite.ie or Contact Us explaining the reason for return with your name, address and Order number, along with pictures of the damage if applicable.
- On receipt your return request, we will email you a Return Shipment Label containing the return address and a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA).
- The items must be returned to us via TRACKED delivery service and solely at the customer’s expense. We are NOT responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit while being returned to us.
- All Items MUST be returned unworn, unused in Original condition and in Original packaging with L’exquisite Security Tag unbroken.
- On receipt of the returned items, L’exquisite with conduct a detailed inspection of the same. In the eventuality that there is reasonable belief on the part of L’exquisite that the item was either used, worn or is not in Original condition and not in Original packaging L'exquisite reserves the right to reject the return or refund. We will always endeavour to provide the best possible customer service.
- If our returns policy has been adhered to as above the refund will be processed within 14 days of our receiving and accepting the return. Refunds will be made to the same source from where the payment for the purchase was made from.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and please note that where exchange of goods is required, additional shipping charges may be incurred.
- Returns will not be accepted unless we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the order and the items are returned as per above guidelines within that period.
